Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital services delivered immediately, that right can expire once performance begins after explicit consent.
Digital Delivery
When credits are used or generation begins, the service is treated as digitally delivered. At that point, the withdrawal right may no longer apply.
Refund Review Requests
Signed-in users can request a refund review from the Billing page for recent purchases. We aim to review refund requests within 7 days. Unused purchases are reviewed more favorably than purchases where credits were already spent or where generation or export had already started. Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees where permitted by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions can be canceled from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
